General Questions

1How long do it take for my items to ship?
Swag Apparel is a high quality made to order company. This means your order is custom made when you place your order. It normally take between 2-7 business days to complete your order no matter the size.
2I ordered an item by mistake, can I cancel my order?
If we can catch your order before it hits productions we should be able to cancel the order for you. If your order has already made it to production there is no way to cancel order.
3I received an item that I did not order, where is my order?
It's not often that we make the mistake of giving you an item you did not order. In the event that this happen, no worries, just give us a call and we'll get the right item out to you.
4My package was damaged in shipping, what can I do?
If a package is damaged during shipment we will reship your order free of charge to you. Just give us a call with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.

1My order has been sent, why don't I see the tracking info?
Your order was shipped but it can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in a carrier's tracking system. Note that international shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates but that doesn't necessarily mean the shipment is lost.
2Does FedEx ship to PO Boxes?
They don't ship to US based PO Boxes, but will ship to some international PO Boxes. We will not refund a FedEx shipping rate if a US based PO box is entered.
3How can I check the status of an order?
Your order will reflect one of the following statuses: 1. Pending - Your order has been submitted and received and is now waiting for the fulfillment process to begin. 2. On Hold - Your order has been placed on hold. This is usually due to an item being out of stock, or other potential issues that we need to address with you. Check the order notes for details on what we need from you. Contact us if you have any questions. 4. Being Fulfilled - Your order has been deemed ready for fulfillment and the process has begun. An estimated time for completion will show in the status bar. Typically fulfillment time is 2-7 business days. 5. Partially Fulfilled - Your order may contain products that do not ship together. In this case, you may see the order as partially fulfilled. This means some portion of your overall order is already complete and we are still working on another shipment in that same order. You will see tracking information for any packages that have already been shipped out. 6. Fulfilled - Your order has been printed and packaged and is ready to go! The Tracking Info button should appear next to your shipment information and if the level of service selected for shipping included tracking your updates should go live within 24 hours. You will receive a notification from us once the order has left our building.
